PLUMB RITE OF WNY

I had a stroke I needed access to the toilet in my master bedroom. I called Mike at Plumb Rite and he said they might be able to get there that day. I said I had an appointment in the afternoon and wouldn’t be available. I called the next day to confirm they would be at my condo and I needed to know when. Instead he started yelling at me and arguing that I couldn’t be there yesterday afternoon and that they’d be there. He still couldn’t give me a time in so that I would be the second call. No time. I needed immediate help so cold for other plumbers and got Ed Youngs Plumbing to come out there within the hour. I had already called to cancel with Mike as soon as I got the other plumber to come. Mike son showed up when the other plumber was there even though I had called to cancel. He called me back to start yelling him either because of the stress and another stroke possibility I didn’t answer. He sent me an invoice for $79.99 which I will not pay. It was Date of the next day which was December 1, 2021. I will not pay it and I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and mailing him back his invoice with this explanation. Poor service practices you do not RV with your clients when they tell you you are needed for a specific reason don’t start abusing them. I would never use them ever again.

The owner Mike, was AWFUL! He was late and spent almost an hour babbling about his x wife! When all I needed was my sink fixed! Then, he didn't have a basic part with him, and then sent his son to finish the job. Which he, the son, then asked me to pay him cash for the second call. (The son did a satisfactory job and was much more professional) If I knew a total stranger was going to come to my home yapping about his x wife, I would have NEVER HIRED HIM! And his work ethic is very questionable. Be careful of this weirdo.

At one point he said he had it and when we kept pressing him he said he never got it. He's on our shi# list. We never paid him any money. He never did the work. He never showed up and we could never get a hold of him.

Arrived on time, fully explained what needed to be done with all options. Work was completed in a timely manner and in a professional way. Answered all my questions.

Mike explained every detail of the job to me showing me exactly what he was doing during the job and why. He is very meticulous in his work and will do what needs to be done so the job is perfect. In addition, Mike is very easy to get along with and personable.

This plumber was punctual, professional, personable, and very qualified. We are extremely satisfied, and we would definitely use him again!!

This is by far the most professional plumber I have ever encountered. He is professional, punctual, and most importantly, fair and honest. I know very little about plumbing and he could have taken me for three times what it cost and I would have been none the wiser. I have called him and he has given me some suggestions on what to try before he comes out and has to charge me. Twice, he has diagnosed the problem over the phone and told me how to easily fix it myself.

They get top ratings from me and were great. I will use them again in the future.

Their prices were reasonable. He was very considerate and careful working around an older person and cat. He's a very honest and straightforward person. He has a lot of integrity. They are very prompt and quick.

Plumb Rite arrived on time, and they got right to work. It didn't take long to complete the work. They cleaned up after themselves, too. Everything went well.

The man from Plumb Rite did an outstanding job. He is very professional, and polite. I would, and have, recommended him to all my friends and family. He is just wonderful.
