+ -1 moreI called MCS and in what I thought was a reasonable time frame, came over and fixed my computer. He explained what my problems were and got me up and running quickly, professionally, and efficiently. I also appreciated the fact that he was professionally courteous throughout his visit.
Description of Work: I needed my computer fixed. specifically my email. i could not receive or send email. this was due in part because my provider changed some specifics in my account. for example: my contacts did not come over to the new account as promised. (amongst other things). Their "help" site was of no assistance.

Description of Work: Jerry has been my go to person for all of my computer stuff-he put together my first desktop years ago, and always responds to my calls, many times simply telling me over the phone how to fix a glitch! He is very knowledgeable, honest, and I trust him totally!
