The owner stopped out to provide me a quote for the work to be done, he was very knowledgable and professional. While looking at the retaining wall and stairs, he did notice that my foundation wall was starting to buckle in. The crew that he had assigned to the job were very polite and professional. They answered all my questions while they were working. The crew did a good job cleaning up after the work was completed and walked me through on what they did. I am very happy with the work that was done. I would use this company for future projects.

It went well, I received a quote on 9 June 20 and had the repairs completed today 16 June 20. I would definitely hire again. The Chimney looks so much better now.

Great job. Guys were professional and friendly. I was lucky enough to get same day service. They explained all that was done and why. Clean up, best they could when working with concrete. I would hire this company again without hesitation.

The owner carefully explained what had to be done to keep my foundation from gradually "caving in", and promised that the work would be done within a couple of weeks. He called two days later, and said the crew could be there that day. Needless to say, I was thrilled! The crew of positive, polite, and extremely professional workers worked carefully and efficiently, and kept me appraised of their progress. I couldn't have been more pleased! This company does exceptional work at a fair price, and its employees are people of character! Great experience all the way around!!!

I found these guys here on Angie’s List, and they’re as good as the reviews say. They were super professional, responsive, and they answered all my stupid questions. The work was solid quality and they cleaned up. Can’t ask for more! Thinking about hiring for another project in the future.

It didnt,,, They were unable to get me an estimate for 11 days..I had 7 other companies show up in 3 days.. Just not happy with the response time

The estimator was super nice and informative. Gave a detailed assessment of our project. As the project progressed one or two issues arose, but the guys easily resolved the situation with our input. And the job was completed on time. Contractor went above and beyond to do an excellent job. Work site was left clean and tidy. We are thrilled with the results. We are hoping to use this company for future projects.

It went well. The crew (which included the owner) worked hard to contain and remove as much debris as they could. Their craftsmanship was remarkable; the new chimney looks clean and sleek. Further, Kaied and office staff were professional, very responsive and friendly.

My house looks amazing!! Magic stone did a fabulous job. All of their crew were friendly, polite and extremely professional. They started the job bright and early and finished by 5:30. They cleaned up everything and you would never know they were even there. They took extra care in my garden so as not to ruin any of my landscaping. Magic Stone was the only company that even called me back. They came out the next day and completely explained what needed to be done. When I confirmed that I wanted them to do it, they booked the job within a couple of days. The workers were exceptional. Prompt, courteous, friendly, perfect work and cleanup. The porch looks great and I absolutely recommend this company without hesitation.

Very Satisfied the guys were professional in person and in there work that was completed. They made sure all my concerns were taken care of. Basically I was had cracks In my bricks on my home that I was concerned with and Magic Stone did a great job in resolving my issues. I Highly Recommend Magic Stone.

Porch looks 100% better than it did. Cracks filled - grout matches fairly well - you can't spot the patches unless you get close and really look for them, which is good considering the house if 80 years old so there is some discoloration. They went around with me to make sure I was happy before they cleaned up.

Scheduled appointment for estimate within a couple of days from call. Showed up on time for estimate. Give me alternatives. Once I made my choice, work was scheduled within a week. Employees were very courteous. Work was done well and with minimal bother. Price was very fair relative to the work done (replaced exposed chimney)

Kaied came out and gave me an estimate on the work. Was very personable and patient, explaining the process in detail. We were originally unsure if a liner was needed, so we planned on just doing the chimney rebuild and re-pointing. When they finally began work a few weeks later, his crew showed up on time and got right to work. They were fast, efficient and answered all my questions. We did end up doing the liner anyway and they got everything cleaned up before they left. Price was extremely fair for the work they did and I am very happy with the results. They were even careful about not damaging my garden beds where they had to setup their scaffolding. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality mason work at a fair price.

It's so nice in this day and age of get it done as fast as possible that there are still contractors that take pride in their work! My original call for an estimate was returned within 2 hours! Kaied showed up at the time agreed to and pointed out a few things that I hadn't noticed. The crew of 3 showed up at 9:45 am and started working immediately and only stopped for a short lunch break. They finished up at approx. 5 pm and cleaned up everything as good as could be expected, they even wiped down the side of my camper from the jackhammer dust! Thank You Magic Stone!!!

They did a good job. Cleanup was great. Only hiccup was that they didn't inform me that they wanted half the money up front. Some contractors I hired wanted half up front and others when job was completed. I don't particularly care about half up front but they never stated that nor was it mentioned on their proposal. Hence the B grading

Received a 2nd estimate from a company that's been in business for 30 yrs. The second estimate was for the same repairs but also includes a flexible aluminum chimney liner, cleaning the chimney and connecting the furnace and water heater with a tee and seal. Price quoted from 2nd estimate was $675. Thats more than half of magic stones proposal.

I called Magic Stone after a roofing company that was up on my roof doing an unrelated job noticed the crown on my chimney was falling apart. The roofers took pictures and indeed it needed to be replaced. Within 2 days I had someone from Magic Stone at my house, had the crown fixed and had a metal screen cap placed on top which was missing as well. They were able to fit me in and come out within days. The gentleman who I spoke to was kind and genuinely concerned when I called. Usually when you call a place your on a list and have to keep calling them back over and over to get to speak with someone-not here. The owner himself called me. Being a single woman I am always skeptical about dealing with contractors. I've been taken advantage of before. You really need to do your homework before calling anyone. Not here-I felt comfortable speaking with them and never got that vibe that they weren't taking me seriously. Thank you Magic Stone for a job well done and for making me feel like I mattered.
