 + -1 moreDO NOT USE THIS AGENCY! We looked at a house for rent. We informed the agent (Heather) that we were interested but could not move in until October (2 months later). We provided a $25 money order and asked that it not be used to run a background\credit check unless the October move in date was OK with the owner of the home. Heather agreed to this. We later discovered that the credit check was run. Several days later, Heather texts us to let us know that the owner was not OK with the October move in date. When we explained to Heather's boss (Vienna) what had happened, she was extremely rude, admitted fault and refused to refund our $25. Unbelievable! Isn't it funny how the overall review is a 2.7 with only three 5 star reviews? With two of the three 5 star reviews being from Vienna Haak (Agent) and Carmen Laurendi (Relative of The Laurendi team). Incredible! How sad and sneaky. Do not trust these people. If I could give 0 stars I would have. Renters and home buyers, you have been warned.

 + -1 moreMy family and I were extremely interested in this property and probably would have paid top dollar for it. I am furious that I never had the opportunity to see it and was misinformed and given inaccurate information.
Description of Work: My issue is with agents that are affiliated with the Laurendi Home Selling team. There were four agents listed for a property I was interested in. I contacted Vienna Haak THE DAY the property was listed. She said she would try to schedule an appointment but made no effort to do so. Two days later, I spoke to her husband Dale, another agent on the Laurendi team. He informed me there was an issue with the buyer and financing for the property. I expressed my interest and willingness to wait it out. He PROMISED as soon as everything was situated he would call me for a viewing. I called the following day for a status update and he told me they had sold the home to a different bidder!! The house was on the market for four days and I tried to schedule an appointment EVERY SINGLE DAY. Real estate agents should try to get the best bid for the seller and treat potential customer with respect. These agents were extremely unprofessional.
