They are very experience and very honest. I have used them for 10 or more years. I trust them and they are very hard working. I will continue and recommend their service.

the appt was set for arrival between 9 am and 10 am. At 9:10 they called to let me know they were in the way and would arrive by 9:30, which they did. The price I was quoted from the coupon was $129 and tgatcwas ok. The tech suggested Scotchguard at $80 for. all 4 rooms and since we have a dog and a car I agreed to that. They got to work with pretreatment for the bad areas and then they did the steam and vacuum. no stand alone machines everything went direct to the truck. Very nice. Near the elliptical exerciser there was a pretty bad stain that was from some line grease I had used on the elliptical. Its gone without a trace. All furniture was moved and re-placed including the elliptical. Because of the pets we got a bottle of their spot treatment. It was not cheap but they claim they will replace it free forever....we'll see. Overall they did a great job at the prices advertised. We will call them again.

Way overcharged by price on coupon AND as requested to phone operator. Best to settle on price before men begin cleaning.

I saw their coupon on Friday, called Saturday morning. They had an opening around one and we booked it. The salesperson came to look at the job and gave a quote. He recommended a disinfectant in addition to the cleaning, but did not push it. Since the house had been inhabited by a smoker and the rug had absorbed the smoke and odor, we agreed. The rug had normal wear spots but also, very visible black footprints that workers had left on a beige carpet. The salesperson let us know that Josh would be there in about a half hour, and he was. Josh was very professional and explained what he was doing. When the work was done, the carpet looked almost new. All the footprints were gone and the smoke smell was no longer there. My expectations were exceeded and I will use them again for my home.

The three rugs look terrific! All the dirty stained areas are now clean. The three rugs look new again! We purchased a Get My Perks, a special deal online, for $60 in November 2013. The price was outstanding for the amount of work that was completed. I highly recommend this company and will definitely have them back again.

Overall good. The technician doing the duct cleaning broke off one of the handles that operates a damper in a duct. Would have been nice if he informed me of this not that I discovered it three weeks after the fact.

In the ValPak coupons that come through the mail, there is an offer for Executive Carpet Cleaning, Inc. I was interested in the 29.95 per room deal, but noticed that there was a three room minimum. I explained to the secretary that the family room is very large and would probably be counted as two. I told her that I would include an upstairs room even though there is not as much traffic upstairs and my main priority was the family room. The service would be roughly $90.00 total and I was satisfied with that amount. On the day of the appointment, I showed the employee the room, coupon, and explained the situation. He suggested instead of an upstairs room, he would do the 5X8 area rug. I agreed. He asked, “Cleaning and scotch guard, right?” I agreed not realizing that the scotch guard would be extra. I was under the impression it was included in the coupon since this was what I showed the worker. The fact that I did not ask him how much additional cost the scotch guard would be or what it did should have indicated to the worker that there was a miscommunication. I also told the worker that I had never had my carpet cleaned prior so this was all new to me. After the cleaning was done, I was presented with the bill for $178.30 minus $5 for the coupon. This was not what I had budgeted for. When I told the worker there was a mistake, he was insistent that I had agreed. I spoke to the owner about the miscommunication and he offered to split the cost of the scotch guard in half. He seemed very cooperative and compliant. He was evidently nervous when I told him that I felt I had been swindled and was extremely disgruntled. He wanted me to call him after the weekend if I agreed to his offer. After several phone calls, I finally got in touch with him and accepted his offer. Regardless of our verbal agreement, I was still charged 173.30 for the cleaning of ONE room. The owner did not honor his own suggested compromise!!! I am APPALLED by this business’ lack of integrity. Do not be deceived by this bait-and-switch company!! You will regret doing business with them!! UPDATE: A week after I posted the complaint, I received a letter of apology and a check reimbursing me for half of the disputed charge. I updated my rating from an F to a D.

They have a special offer of $99, which includes 3 rooms. They called before and they came on time. They did a good job and the price was also good. I would recommend them. If there is a need, I would definitely use them again in the future too.

Excellent, prompt scheduling. Owner visited to determine the scope and price of the job. Offered helpful suggestions. Worker/cleaner was pleasant, hard-working, conscientious. Quality of cleaning was excellent. I will definitely use them again, for cleaning wall-to-wall carpeting and plan to try them for cleaning area rugs, as well.

I have used Executive Carpeting three times in the past and liked their work. This time though I was a little disappointed in the job they did. They in the past were able to get out all spots from my carpets but this time they did not get them all.

Executive Carpet didn't reserve enough time to get all the stains out. They dragged dirty wet hoses (it was raining out) through the house along with their wet, dirty shoes. I didn't have plastic to put down, so the steps got dirty from the hoses.

Executive Carpet Cleaning has saved my carpets. I couldn't believe some of the stains they actually got out. They have done an amazing job at keeping my carpets looking and smelling fresh.
