I have contracted with CasXteriors since 2011 to do my dad?s snowplowing and have been very pleased. I live out of state and have an elderly father who lives in the southtowns and needs to have this type of service. I cannot say enough good things about the business ? particularly after having dealt with two prior companies in past years whom my dad was not happy with at all. Due to the horrendous snowfall this year, I was in contact with Brian of CasXteriors to see when he would be able to remove my dad?s snow, for he was barricaded in his house and couldn?t get out. Brian not only kept me up-to-date, but actually stopped by to check up on my dad during the driving ban and before any snow could be removed. Although the ban was not lifted in his town until 6pm almost a week later, Brian was out that very day and removed his snow and the snow on his roof. Of course, there was an additional charge for both, as special equipment needed to be rented since regular truck removal was impossible, but the amount was a fair price. Brian then called me right afterwards to say the job had been completed. My dad was very pleased and I was thrilled. It gives me great peace of mind to know that CasXteriors is doing such a great job - and added such a personal touch. Having an elderly father that lives six hours away from me, I am unable to take care of things the way I would if I lived nearby. Can?t say enough good things about Brian Castillo and his company!
