 + -1 morepoorly - they showed up with no warning, we had young ladies sleeping in beds, changing clothes, running around unaware that men were there looking in our windows - both in my house and in an 8ft-away neighbor's house (a dorm for high school exchange students). They lied about calling ahead, lied about my daughter, and were extremely rude about the potential inappropriateness of it all. Never will use them again.

Description of Work: My husband called three times and was told two dates they would come. They did not show at first so I was frustrated at first, but they came out later that evening and the work was eventually done to our satisfaction.

gutter cleaning
 + -1 moreBought a house that had gutters packed full there were 6 maple seedlings in most of them. Contacted A Kleen for gutter and window cleaning and was told someone could stop by and give me an estimate in 5-7 days. Stressed that I needed rush service receptionist told me would be out in a couple days. After four days, I overcame my fear of heights and cleaned out the gutters myself. After six days, they called asking for my address (which I had already given them) so someone could come out and give me an estimate.
Description of Work: None - they failed to respond in a timely fashion, so I did the work myself.

 + 1 moreThis is the fourth year I am using this company. They arrive on time, complete the job carefully, and clean up everything before they leave. I feel their price is fair for the quality of work they do.
Description of Work: The company removed all my screens and scrubbed them using their own environmental-friendly cleaning materials. They washed the outside of the windows and replaced the screens. They also cleaned the gutters, removing the debris and bagging it in garbage bags which they later placed at the curb.

 + -1 moreI would recommend A-Kleen Windows. They usually call to let me know they will be in the area within the next couple of weeks. I can then set up a time for them to come by. They come prepared with all their own supplies. I don't need to be home when they come to work.
Description of Work: A-Kleen Windows washed the outside of about 20 windows.
