+ -1 moreIt didn’t. I called and left a message on January 17th. No response. I left another message on the 18th. Still no response. It is now mid afternoon on the 20th and he never returned my call. Needless to say, I got another plumber.
Description of Work: A leak in the pipe to my water tank.

+ -1 morevery very well. if you need a plumber anywhere near the Monticello NY area ( they travel), Perma-fix plumbing and heating are the people to deal with. They answer the phone or call you back within a reasonable time also. can't say enough good things....give them a call
Description of Work: This is a very reliable decent company to deal with. I live on Long island NY and needed an upstate plumber for a broken hot water heater for my son upstate. Perma-fix gave me a price for the work over the phone, showed up on time did the work for the agreed price, cleaned up, removed the old HWH all as agreed. I can tell you now that they were considerably less expensive thanthe quote from one of the big box hardware depots.

+ -1 morei had to pay another company to come out and figure out why the burner didn't work. how embarrassing. the guy was sloppy and rude. I'm surprised they're still in business

+ -1 moreTHEY ARE GREAT. THEY CAME EXACTLY WHEN THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE AND IF THEY WERE GOING TO BE LATE, THEY CALLED TO INFORM ME THEY WERE. THEY WERE ALSO POLITE AND FRIENDLY AND WE ARE HAPPY WITH THEM.
