I had a good service. I would recommend them. It took a while for the windows to come in, the only issue I had with them. I was told that I will have the windows in a month, but it took three months for it to come. They put in the windows once they got it. Then, if I had an issue with the windows, I would call them and they would come, free of charge. I think it worked that well.

Due to their good reputation, I had to wait about 2 months from the time I placed the order to the time they were able to come. But they are worth the wait. The people in the office are very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. The men arrived right on schedule at 7 AM. Due to impending rain, 3 men showed up instead of 2, and they got the whole job done in one day; removal of 11 old windows, replacement, and clean up. No the cheapest, but reasonable and worth it.

I hired somebody else which was a mistake

We are very pleased with the service we got. The estimates were exactly what the final price was. They were able to find great energy saving windows that look and work great. Easy to open, easy to clean. They came when they said they would, were efficient and clean. Also courteous. We will be using them again for other jobs. We like the fact they are not a chain and that it's a family owned local business.

Very professional, clean and high quality work. I had a problem with my skylight after it was installed and they came back and repaired it right away.

Installation was quick and well done. Some of the finish work (caulking) was not as perfect as it could have been, but overall we are pleased

Excellent service. Outstanding textbook installation and went above and beyond in installing my roof. They did things most roofers don't bother to do and worked as if it was their own house. A little more expensive than others but you get what you pay for!

It went great! They were neat, efficient and quick. Job started on time, and it was completed on schedule. They removed a huge load of old pink, and rather nasty fiberglass, that was there since the 1970s. They did a through job sealing all the gaps ad crevices to stop air flow. They then used a truck loaded with equipment to blow in bags of cellulose fiber insulation. The team was neat and worked efficiently, and took time to explain the process to us. The attic now looks much better, and we can go up there for storage without breathing in fiberglass. So far, the house is quieter, was cooler on the hot summer days, and warmer on the cold early autumn days. Looking forward to seeing energy savings this winter. PS: They also used a thermal imaging tool to be sure they did the job completely. We saw the images as they pointed the tool to different spots. The before and after images were pretty amazing. We are very pleased with Northern Windows, Roofing, Siding and Insulation and recommend them highly.

We did the siding first and then the windows. They had a good contractor who installed the siding and a seeratevcontractor for the windows. Our house is very comfortable both in summer and winter. They di an excellant job. Cleaned up removed all debris and We're very professional.

Fantastic. We went to the My Majestic windows made by Ideal. We were on a budget and ultimately these are budget windows. The craftsmanship is good.. The vinyl had some minor cosmetic issues. But overall we are completely satisfied with the quality and price we paid. The installers showed up at the time quoted and removed, installed, and cleaned up. Completed less than 8 hours. The only suggestion i would make to the company is to have the installers use tarps. luckily when they were putting their tools on our new hardwood floors no damaged happened, which makes us happy...but it could have been a real issue if it did. it would save the company from any future headaches to use tarps or some form of matt as a precaution if the customer has hardwood floors.The true test will be winter and our energy savings.

I have been using them for years. They are prompt. They come when they are supposed to. They do what they say they are going to do. They clean up after themselves. I had their windows for a long time and every time I have an issue with them, I just call them. I did call them the other day. The windows are 20 years old and they will be here when needed. I have been recommending them.

They came out to give me an estimate when they said they would, got me the estimate when they said they would and started on the day they said and did it all in 2 days as stated. Job looks great, flashing cut in, no real complaints

THEY WERE PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL AND VERY CLEAN. THEIR JOB WAS EXCELLENT, THEIR PRICE WAS BETTER THAN WE HAD HOPED. THEY LEFT THE JOB CLEANER THAN IT HAD STARTED.
