Kleen Systems

I phoned Frank at 9:00 am on Labor Day and though he was taking the day off, he agreed to see me at noon. After discussing what had happened and my efforts to fix things with an on-line support serviced andon-line MS support tools, he agreed to take a look and provided an estimate for what he would charge if he could fix it. We agreed that I would dropp it off at 5:00pm Wednesday. It was actually closer to 6:30 pm when I did drop it off, but he had the job done by 8:30pm! Note: I found Frank on Angie's list, but the name on the list is mistaken. It is "Kleen Systems Computers."

I have depended on Frank for 4 years to keep me up and running. He is the most technically savvy and competent computer service provider in the entire area. He has contracts with major institutions including the US Militay Academy, West Point, but will step in and triage 1 failed computer creating miraculous saves. In addition, he is a quality seller of a number of brands of PCs. He is the tops. He does get busy and while you can always reach him, he may not be available immediately. However, if the problem is serious enough he's well worth the wait.
