Description of Work: My hot water heater started leaking. I called and he was there in an hour. We agreed on a price. He was there the next day and replaced my water heater and also fixed a leak in a pipe.

Description of Work: I had an unused anglieslist deal so i called expert mechanical to do a few,odd jobs Took a look at my carriage house Furnace my tenants had complained about a smell he confirmed it was the smell of a dead |mice..corrected a pressure issue on my hot water heater in the main house did a quick attachment of a bathroom vanity hose line |didn't try to up sell me on anthing did all the above and even supplied the part for the water heater all for the price of an Angies List deal! |I would wholeheartedly reccommend expert mechanical to any angies list user in and around the goshen area

Description of Work: After receiving a e-mail response from my initial e-mail requesting an estimate and scheduling a appointment Expert Mechanical did not show up nor call. I tried calling again and left voice mail but not response. If they couldn't do the job or didn't want the job they just needed to tell me. Not responding isn't professional.

His service/price included coming back in the spring to open and check the lines for any damage caused by the weather. Having previously dealt with a major chain plumbing service and being repeatedly charged through the nose, it was a pleasure to meet a professional who is also local busniess man and not looking to advise us that we needed a whole lot of additional / and unnecessary work while charging a small fortune.

 + 1 moreSome delays due to weather as he had to work outside, but he showed up when he said he would. I am well satisfied and would use him again and recommend him as well.
Description of Work: Had a leak in basement from septic tank which was backed up. Seth discovered pump was not working correctly, and helped solved the problem. I was impressed that he did not 'create' an issue to escalate the price. He dug up the area and fixed broken pipes as well as sealed leak with cement.

 + 0 moreThe job went very well. Seth is located a county away from my residence approx 30-60 miles away. He returned my call within a few minutes of leaving a message on his machine. He was due to come down to my county for another job the next day, but he did not want us to have to go without hot water so he made the 40 minute drive to fix our problem. The job took 5 minutes and I am sure between gas and supplies he did not even break even on us. I have used Expert before and they are always the first I call because I trust that the job will be done honestly and done well.
Description of Work: Seth replaced a thermocouple for our hot water heater.
