He was honest, gave me different opinions and solutions, that would fix my problem. And out of 3 plumbers he was the only one that actually fixed my problem.

Personal service, very professional and cost was as estimated. Included help with preventive maintenance for the future. Knowledgeable. I would certainly use this service again if needed.

Our call was promptly returned, the owner came the following day with his crew and did an excellent job replacing our well pump and pressure tank. The price is reasonable. The service was excellent.

I used the HomeAdvisor website to find a furnace repair service. I discovered Expert Mechanical, LLC. Seth, from Expert Mechanical, contacted me, within an hour, and we made an appointment. Seth arrived at the appointment on time. He was dressed professionally, and he was quite cordial. He inspected my furnace. The problem with my furnace; the filter was clogged. The clogged filter was causing my furnace to get starved for air. [ The filter is made of a green, fibrous material (similar to a dish pan scrubber). Dog hairs, that are trapped in the filter, are almost imperceptible. When he removed the filter, the furnace began to work properly. I had new filter material in the house. He installed the new filter. ] Seth is an honorable businessman. He DID NOT charge me for the service call. He DID NOT charge me for the driving expense. Outstanding customer service. Outstanding attitude. I will have no problem hiring Seth in the future. Bravo Zulu, Expert Mechanical! Thank you.

The work was completed in an efficient and timely manner. The only problem was a misunderstanding on the price.

Am a first time user and was very satisfied with a hot water heater installation and a few suggested piping upgrades. Excellent work. Installed a brand new shower. Also minor construction. Honest and reliable.

Seth is wonderful to work with. He communicates the problem and solution in a way that is easy for a non-mechanical person to understand. He was here to assess the problem within 2 hours of my calling him. He made a temporary fix until he could get the supplies needed to complete the work and came promptly to complete the work when the supplies were received. Cost was reasonable and work was great.
