Seth was excellent! My heat stopped working and he diligently worked to make sure he could get it back up and running as quickly as possible. I had a wonderful experience. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking.

After returning from a weekend away, my wife and I came home to a very cold home. Realizing that our furnace was in trouble, we called our oil delivery company which also services our unit. After explaining that “they couldn’t fix it”, they left us without offering another contractor who could repair out unit. After calling numerous contractors and oil companies (none could come to our home for 5-6 days), we reached out to Home Advisors who put us in touch with Seth at Expert Mechanical, LLC who called us immediately and scheduled an emergency appointment for later that day. After interviewing two other companies, we decided to go with Seth’s company. Honestly, I liked Seth right from the start—he was honest, had integrity and truly went out of his way to help us get the istallation done (he moved his whole schedule around to accomadate us). He was able to get everything installed at a very fair price without any issues and was extremely conscious of cleanliness and efficiency—I couldn’t believe how quickly they installed the new furnace! Anyway, they cleaned up after themselves, took the old unit away and the Comfort Air furnace that they installed is working perfectly—thank you Seth! I would recommend Seth and his company to anyone that needs his services—you won’t find a better guy/company than Seth at Expert Mechanical...Seth and Expert Mechanical will definitely be our Heating, Air Conditioning and plumbing contractor going forward...!! Seth was very responsive to the first inquiry I made to Home Advisor. I placed the on-line request at 7:00am and he called me right away. Each time I called he answered the phone, very rare to have this take place in today's contractor environment. The worked was performed in a very timely manner and he prepared the work space to keep the surrounding area neat and clean. I would highly recommend Seth to anyone looking for a professional to perform any plumbing related work.

I needed a water heater installed quickly in my condo rental and Seth made it happen. He called me right after I clicked to find a pro, which was 8:30 in the evening and he was at the condo the next morning and had it installed by noon. Very pleasant person to work with. I am out of state and he made this transaction very quick and smooth. AND, his price was over $600 less than the company's that checked the heater and told me it needed to be replaced. I highly recommend Expert Mechanical, LLC.

Seth is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I needed help when my well pump blew the check valve and started producing lots of sediment. Seth was there the next day...and earlier than promised. His work today was over the top...taking care to cover every little thing to get me back on line the right way! Seth uses only the best supplies and treats you fairly with regards to cost. I would highly recommend Expert Mechanical.

Seth took the time to answer all our questions, was easy to work with, and was on time for every appt. He had a good crew who were professional and polite, and were neat and clean. A great perk was that while we were in the midst of a gas conversion and installation of new hot water system, he provided us with an interim hot water heater. Great!! Would definitely recommend him to others.

All I can say is if you want a honest, affordable and experience plumber before you give your business to anyone else give Seth a call.

Seth came right away and handled the problem quickly and without over charging. I have since hired him for other projects because he gives a fair price for quality work. I always go to Seth for any of my plumbing and heating needs. There should be more honest plumbers like Seth

From the minute i called, Seth was there (even during the past storm) and was EXTREMELY informative, helpful and I felt a level of comfort like he was someone we already knew. Prompt, courteous, and didn't fool around..dropped off a portable hot water tank so we could at least shower etc until the hot water unit was installed..I had never heard of that before!! A couple days later..up and running!! Thank you Seth and Eris!! Our forever GO TO GUYS!!!

We are new to the area and had an issue with the hot water heater in our new home. Not knowing who to call we selected Expert Mechanical based on the number of 5 star reviews. I'm forever grateful that we selected this company. Seth was extremely professional, courteous and explained everything thoroughly. Due to the age of our hot water heater and the existing boiler, we decided to upgrade to a tankless system with on-demand hot water and more efficient furnace. Seth and his team did a stellar job, were prompt, neat and tidy. A definite thumbs up for exceptional customer service, honesty and reliability. We cannot sing his praises high enough. If we could give more than 5 stars we would!

Seth was a complete professional. He went above and beyond what I expected. He took the time to thoroughly explain what he was going to do and gave me an estimate. Well he did a great job and came in under estimate. He came back and replaced a part for me that was not part of the estimate. If your looking for a pro then look no further. My only regret is that I can only give him 5 stars.

The owner came in and told us exactly what we needed to do which was completely opposite of what the other company tried to sell us. Very honest and reliable!!

Seth was great. He was very punctual, knowledgeable and his estimate was true to the actual cost I payed. It was a great experience working with him.

Seth at Expert Mechanical was tremendous. He responded to my search for a pro within an hour or two. He found the specific brand of heater I was interested in and gave me a quote for the project quickly. Once we agreed on the price and I decided to proceed he came on the very next day and installed the hot water heater in a few hours. I could not be more pleased with the entire experience. In the future I will use Expert mechanical for any plumbing and heating projects I might have.

You get what you pay for. I was promised a cleaning and tune up a year after boiler installation. He made several appointments and canceled the day off with a different excuse each time. The last appointment he made was a no-show. The burner overflow pipe was never installed.
