He did it on Sunday morning, where most were telling me to wait until Monday. He said the hardware place was close so he had to get the water heater at Home Depot and he even took the old one with him. Highly professional, a very good, and Highly recommended.

He gave me options and costs to make a educated decision, and save money. VERY hard to find this kind of service any more. Will be using them in the future for other work my home needs. Seth was professional and honest. His pricing was very fair and his work very good. He left the work area in pristine condition. Seth also took the time to call us one week after completion of the job to check and see if we were satisfied and everything was functional. We had a tub faucet (hot water side) that suddenly would not turn off, and of course it was 12:30 at night when this happened. Filled out the Service Magic request at close to 1am and Seth actually responded in the middle of the night. He was prompt, provided a temporary fix until new part could come in, kept us updated consistently until part arrived, and promptly got it installed. Seth is prompt, courteous, and prices are fair. We are now in process of hiring him to upgrade our hot water heater. I feel comfortable that I now have a goto plumber I can rely on.

He came in and did the job in a few minutes and charged me a fair price.
