Very well, on time, neat, personable and professional.

Ralph was great. Straightforward, no B.S. He knows his business and he can deliver. He came as scheduled to check out the job and gave me an estimate. I had 2 or 3 other contractors come and do the same. I had decided on someone else based solely on price when Ralph called and asked to come back. He explained a few things to me and convinced me I should reconsider. Once we agreed on a price we were set to go. Anchor showed up as scheduled with all the equipment and manpower needed to complete the job as discussed. They took their time to prep the site and did a first class job. Extending the driveway required some skill to make it look continuous with the original drive and it was blended perfectly. No one could tell it wasn't all original. They cleaned up and left as promised. Great experience.

They are prompt, honest and the service is good. They also did a nice cleanup and the job was good. The price was slightly higher than others but the quality of work was worth it. I will use them again in the future.

I left 3 messages with the answering service; no one ever contacted me or returned the calls.They may be great if they respond, but . . . Sorry, but there are not enough hours in my life to spend running after people with good reviews, but who don't even have the courtesy to call and say they are too busy to take on any more business. If they never received my messages, I would fire the answering service and I will revise my bad review. I eventually went with another firm on the List, and was quite happy with its response and service.

He finished the job and it was done beautifully. He was very honest. He was very nice. He answers all your questions. He was good to work with. He was a very descent person. His name was Mr. Stanley. He was great. I’m planning to call him for seal coating in September. I would use them in the future.

As above, he was terrific. Some of the best service and professionalism I have ever experienced since moving to Orange County.

Overall, we were quite pleased with the work. We had tried to get the work done last year, but the contractors we contacted did not follow up. Ralph and Vincent at Anchor returned calls promptly, met at appointed times, and explained the expected work and possible complications when the old surface was removed. Finding the sink-hole did not derail the project at all. We looked at other jobs they had done in our area, so we had expectations of quality, and we were not at all disappointed. I watched them doing some of the work. The crew seemed relaxed and cheerful and worked well as a team. We plan to ask them to come back after Labor Day to apply a seal coat.

I couldn't be happier. Finally I have a driveway that looks fantastic. Mr. Stanley came for the estimate and explained in detail what exactly needed to be done. We scheduled to have it done right away. Mr. Stanley, himself, called to confirm and on Monday morning he and his crew were ready to work. They all worked very professionally. Mr. Stanley didn't even have to tell his crew what to do. Each of them knew exactly what was going on and where they had to be. It was an amazing process that was done promptly, professionally, and affordable. Mr. Stanley was so kind and personable. He answered all questions that I had and when the job was complete, before he left he walked me out to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I am very satisfied and would recommend Anchor Paving to anyone who needs. Thank you Mr. Stanley and your crew! Job well done.

Mr. Stanley came over on a Tuesday evening and gave us a very thorough estimate. He answered questions I didn't even think to ask. He was personable and professional. His crew started the next day. They were punctual and neat and thier equipment was in obvious good repair. Either Mr. Stanley or his son were on the job site through out the job. I am thrilled with the results. Mr. Stanley and his crew did exactly what they promised. There were no suprises.

The price I paid was the price I was quoted, they showed up and did a great job when they said they would and they answered every phone call promptly. What more can you ask for?

Mr Stanley was very helpful when he came for the initial consultation. He explained that the existing driveway should be taken up and why. He gave us a fair price as we had others come with estimates. He was the only person to tell us that the old driveway needed to be removed but he was absolutely correct. We were adding on to a driveway that had already been added on to and there would have been problems down the line. We had recently installed pavers in two places that abutted the driveway and they would not have met if the old driveway had not been removed. His workers arrived on time, finished the job in one day and were very careful not to damage our existing pavers. We are very happy with our new driveway!

I dealt with Ralph Stanley, the owner of Anchor Asphalt Paving. He had the lowest bid and as it turned out the highest-level of customer service. I would say it was concierge-level service. He always contacted me personally if I called with a question, took measurements and arranged for the construction of the new removable iron grate for the catch basin, told me exactly what was going to happen, and personally showed up to supervise the work.
