Steve Cosselman Septic Pumping

Steve was a little late for the appointment, but tried to reach me by phone to advise me. He got right to work and easily located the septic tank, which was amazing since the owner didn't even know where it was. Because the tank was empty and hadn't been used in a long time, he said that filling it and pumping it out would probably be a waste of time, since you wouldn't be able to be sure it was functioning as designed. He inspected the area where the tank meets the drain to the leach field and the baffle, ran water through it for about 20 minutes and said it appeared to be working fine. Another contractor probably would have insisted on filling and pumping the tank, costing me hundreds of dollars more. Steve didn't even want to charge me because he was upset that he was late for the appointment! I will certainly call him for all my septic tank needs and would highly recommend him. He took over the business from a Mr. Skinner (Skinner Septic Service), who has retired and also had a good reputation for good work at a fair price.
