Description of Work: They service our heating system and deliver heating oil. We live on a hilltop and we have very bad weather in the winter. If the furnace quits, which it has done at least once each winter due to high winds, they send a service person out to fix it. Wind storm, blizzard, snow drifts, icy roads, middle of the night: they'll come and get the furnace going again.
