Even though he was quite busy he kept me informed of his schedule, he showed up when he said and informed me my roof wasn't as bad as I thought. He completed the repair and offered to come back this spring to check for winter damage. A very nice young man 2nd generation roofer, I will definitely use him again.

Austin called me within a few minutes and met me the same day to look at the roof and see what needed to be repaired (on a Saturday). He came out and fixed everything Monday morning and took before and after photos. Very responsive, conscientious, and knowledgeable!

Austin called, showed up and completed work in a timely manner. We were very happy to have the project completed.

He called me literally 12 seconds after I submitted the RFQ. But, his willingness to show up seemed, the next day, to match his ability to find the issue which evaded others. Make sure you are clear about your issue and he will just go up there and find the source of the leak, take pictures and show it to you before he fixes it. If his fix holds, fantastic, otherwise he promised to return promptly if we still have the issue in the next 6 months. Well, the next rain will tell us, but I think they got it.
