Really good experience so far. The company called twice to update me on when Mr. Johnson would arrive and he was very nice and not at all high pressure. I am going to get at least one more price but feel very good about this company.

Very straightforward and nice to work with. Only issue is that some of the area's of our home (old basement) were left a little messy. 2 months after completion we are still waiting for someone to walk us through the operation of our system (Heating and A/C). Anytime that I have called for service they did get back to me very quickly.

Very professional, Courteous, and knowledgeable

The Owner does all the Estimate and recomendation work. This is the only Contracter to give me a priced out comparison of tthree different solutions. Additionally the only one to do a heat/cooling load study on my house. Finally they prodouce the paperwork for all Rebates and Utility and tax credits, other contractors only said "just give the paid bill to your accountant " Also spontanously offered to help me arrange 1 year 0% financing> I am very pleased and PS the price was better than two of the other 3 estimates I got. The work was done buy a polite team that cleaned up after themselves to the point that my wife asked if I had mopped up

Excellent job well done. Thank you very much. Finally the heating system is right. Great zoning of the house was the answer to my problems. You did it. All other installers were looking for the quick installation. 20 years of heating and air conditioning problems have come to an end. Why I didn't contact you sooner is a question I have to ask myself. Great employees who knew what to do. They were very respectful of my home and worked with me to make important decisions of placement of the thermostats, wiring and duct work so as to be less intrusive of living space.

They were on time, effeciant, respectful of our home. They cleaned up after themselves. I can not say thank you enough on be professional on the install and finishing up on our new furnance and central air.

They did a very professional job and i am quite pleased with the results. The workers were courtious,punctual and hard working. They were able to install the entire heating and ac unit in 2 days. I would highly recomend them to anyone who wants a timely professional installation completed.

Promply arrived on schedule ready to complete the task. Removed the old furnace with skill and force as needed. I had a very, very old oil force air system that was huge. It left a mess when removing it and they cleaned up quickly and set up my new system like lightning. It was snowing hard outside yet the house never went below 66 degrees. I keep it at 68 degrees normally. I watched them work, I am a professional mechanic of twenty years and could tell they had it down. Every aspect of the install was done with no mistakes. These guys are pro's. How come I have lived here nearly 15 yrs and never knew they existed? They must be so fast you can't read the truck advertisement. My neighbor asked, "Did your furnace break?" I said, "No they replaced it." She replied, "Did they do a good job?" I replied, "A fantastic Job." She asked, " What was their name?" So to help you out I think you should put a sign the yard of the house you repair next to inform the neighbors. The A. Johnson truck is faster than the UPS truck. I have no idea how you keep the doors on that thing. It is nice and warm over here now. Thanks, Richard M.

Broke the new chimney liner and said he would be back with a replacement; but never came back. Although I already paid for it.
