upset with the service call on June 22, 2018. Technician came out to clean constant buildup of soot in the furnace. He realized it was a chimney problem and told us to get a chimney repair man. Then after doing no work whatsoever he demanded $140.00 for a "service call"! He said his expertise is worth the $140.00! When I filled out the online survey A Johnson sent us I indicated that we wanted them to contact us because this guy soaked us for $140.00 and did no work! They have never contacted us at all! We have been good customers of theirs for about 3 years. That is no way to treat good customers! After we get the chimney repaired he wants us to call him back out ere so he can soak us another $140.00! Not happening! We are looking for a heating contractor who won't steal from us!

They were very professional and did a good job of cleaning up after they completed the work. They answered all of my questions and provided materials with information about the products.
