Fridholm Painting

It went extremely well. The owner, John, was very prompt and professional, and the quote was very reasonable. He and his company had come highly recommended from others we know who have used him, and we are glad we went with him. His workers were very courteous and professional, and did a great job. They came when they said they would, got the job done quickly and efficiently, and were able to start within a week. We would definitely recommend Fridholm Painting and Remodeling, and will definitely use them again.

John suggested I have the walls painted grey to coordinate with the new floor. With white trim the room looks great. The painters did a great job painting and fixing defects in the walls. I love the results!

I was buying a house and the appraiser required that some exterior painting be done. John was very communicative and easy to work with considering I didn't own the house yet and had to arrange everything with 5 different people. He did the painting with just a few days' notice and charged us exactly the estimate. The house passed the re-inspection after his paint job. Very happy!

Each time, John returned our call promptly and stopped by to survey the job. He left us with a written estimate and a rough timeline. Then he called to schedule the work. Each time, the crew was on time, efficient, and worked well together. They worked diligently and with good cheer. They were neat and cleaned up the area really well. All of their work was of very high caliber. We will be a returning customer, and have recommended their services to our friends and family.

This is the first major work I've had done on the first house I have ever owned. I'm very happy I went with Fridholm. John was very knowledgable and extremely low pressure, he encouraged me to go out to get other quotes, and his final bill was in line with the estimates. John was very responsive and good at communicating which was appreciated since this was a large amount of money for me. His workers were very friendly and professional and left the house clean every day. I had my two story house painted and it took 3 days start to finish. The work looks great. Would definitely hire again.

John was very responsive, but his employees were very polite and professional. They did a really nice job. I was home the whole time and it was very comfortable, no problems. They kept me in the loop and apprised of what was going on. They were very competitively priced, but I felt after interviewing several other companies that they seemed much more professional than the others.

I must say, the quality of the work was excellent. The crew that came to paint was very professional, Knowledgeable, and courteous. They respected our home and went to great lengths to protect every part of our home. I rate the quality of their work as an A Plus. The negative side of my rating comes from the administration end of this business. Approximately 2 weeks after the job was completed, we touched up some trim around a door they had installed, and damaged the paint on the wall. I took pictures and sent them via Text message to the owner John and advised him that we needed to have this wall redone and would bare the cost. I never heard back from him. I called his business and spoke with his scheduler and advised her of the problem. She said she would speak to John and call me the next day. I never received a response from her. We had to have someone else come and repair this wall. I am very disturbed after spending several thousand dollars to have this work done, that we would be treated as this when a problem arose. I again told them that we would pay for the repair and that it was our fault it occurred. I think that we were just a customer until they had their money and then they moved on. I have no respect for a company that treats someone like this. We have our wall repaired and will NEVER deal with this company again.

Overall very pleased with the work done. The job took longer than expected, but additional issues had to be addressed to complete the job.

We were extremely pleased with every aspect of the work. Everyone on the team was professional. The estimate was detailed, clear and accurate. Painters were thorough and neat. Painting around moldings and trim was extremely well done. They kept us updated about their progress and provided accurate estimates of when the work would be complete. Most important, they were meticulous in their clean up, not just at the end of the job but also on a daily basis.

Excellent work - very careful about covering furniture, valuables, carpets, and their work area. The work I had done was beautiful and attention was paid to every detail. I will be asking them to come again and remodel a bathroom. I have total confidence in this company and am happy to have found a group of honest and hard-working pros that show up, clean up and charge a fair price. I highly recommend them.

Very well. Finished product looks great.Area was clean when they left at the end of the day. John (owner) was knowledgeable and professional . Did not meet the crew because I was at work, but no complaints from the neighbors.

Brandon and Dimitri's work was superb. They replaced all damaged drywall and professionally patched every seam and blemish. Dimitri re-routed all cabling needed for my new TV wall mount, even going into the crawl space to move the cables. Brandon worked long hours for three days priming and putting two top coats on the walls, ceiling and beam in the bedroom. My wife and I are very pleased with the results. My only complaint was that scaffolding and trash were left in my garage for a few days after work was completed. Even so, I would not hesitate to recommend Fridholm or to hire them in the future.

Excellent job! As soon as I complete my part of the work, they're coming back to paint and install doors on new wall of closets. Then we start all over again with the kitchen...... Great people to work with!

Upon inspection when the work was completed, I could not find one mistake. Excellent results. Repairs are perfect. Kitchen cabinets were painted white. They took doors off, sanded everything, primed, and painted two coats. Looks great. John fridholm and his crew are a pleasure to work with.

John & his gang did a beautiful job! Matt & Brandon shared the duties, and wrapped up the job in just a few days, having to work around us moving things in & out of the house. Everything was clean & picked up when they left. I put a couple dings in our newly painted ceiling while reinstalling curtains in one of the bedrooms after they left, and John actually touched it up for us when he came to inspect the finished job! Would highly recommend John, prices were great, they were in & out in a flash. And John always got back to me quickly if I had a question.
