Description of Work: They sold me a lyric thermostat for a vacation home. It was exactly what I needed it controlled the heat and notified me of any issues from outside the home. They were there all day and all night trying to install a product they had told me they had a lot of experience with. They finally after five or six hours and two or three trips back and fourth called the company and found that I needed a high output wire ( I'm not an electrician ) and it couldn't be installed. I really felt that they should of been honest with me regarding their experience and maybe sold me the nest that is a perfect product for what my needs were.

Description of Work: I had called for a service on my oil furnace and hot water heater. The technician showed up promptly at the agreed upon time and was very courteous and neat. |He explained what he was doing and worked very efficiently. I would use them again in a heart beat.
