+ -1 moreI do not like the way they described even the contract. They were not very clear to me, the customer, because I was not aware of professional terms of what was being done. When I asked for an estimate, they sent it to me by mail, and hesitated to giving it in person, because they claimed that was "how they work". I felt they were being sneaky - never called to me to see how it was going, and would show up when I was not at the home.
Description of Work: Installed a new roof on my house. They were supposed to completely rip off all shingles down to the wood sheathing. They told me that the cedar shake was still in good condition, but when they put on the tarp and new shingles, the shake pushed it up, and so there are holes where little critters can get in because it is not completely closed. They did not clearly describe to me what would be done.
