Woodcrest Floors

All I can say is I'm very happy I found Woodcrest. John the owner was a perfect gentleman and conducts himself in the utmost professional demeanor. He was present during all the phases of the job and made sure i was happy with the finished product. John and his crew arrived both days almost exactly to the minute in which he said he would, and since time is precious in this crazy world, it made my choice even more worth it. I was pleased to find out that Woodcrest has other specialties (like decking) which will make my future deck project easier knowing I'll be in good hands. I highly recommend John to anyone who may have flooring need.

I got six estimates and John of Woodcrest Floors was the last contractor I contacted and I'm so glad I did. John was prompt for our estimate meeting and I found him to be fair with his price and very personable. We set a date for the start of the project and John and his team were right on time. All open areas were dust could go were covered, as well as floors that were not being worked on. Three bedrooms, including the closets were being refinished, as well as the living room. In addition wood transition molding was installed in the living room. Orginally, John indicated that the project would take about four days. He and his team were finished in two days to our complete satisfaction. A day or two after completion of the work I did notice an area in a closet that had been missed. I contacted John, we set a date and he returned and took care of the area. I plan to contact John in the very near future for another project & would recommend his services to family and friends. Thanks John. The floors look great.

Nicest people and did a great job.

I explained to John that we had some water damage on two of the walls. We decided that it would be best to have that fixed and them install the floors. I will definitely be giving John a call once the work is completed. Again, I was very pleased with my interaction with John. He really cares about the quality of his work.

Everything went very well. The owner John is very responsive with phone calls, and his workers are prompt. they started on time and finished earlier than expected. One guy named Edison did the whole job. Said he had been doing the floors for 11 years now, and it showed... he was really quite skillful. There are a few more rooms to put floors down in and I will definitely use this provider again.

If you are considering them for any project, I would encourage you to call them first. If you are inclined to call multiple companies; you will see they raise the bar high - they do not give you a canned response. They invest the time to do their due diligence on any project and will provide you excellent guidance. More important they stand behind their work without question; not like some other companies that will nickle and dime you with any house call.

We have been very pleased to work with John. He is reliable, and straight up. Initially the scope of work was only to refinish all the hardwood floors. However, in the middle of the project we suffered water damage that destroyed the floors in the master bedroom and formal living room. John was able to replace the damaged floors quickly, while preserving the original character of the house. The floors were arguably the most important feature for us as we moved into our new house, and John was very easy to work with; making sure we were fully satisfied with the outcome of his work. John will be the first person we contact in the future regarding hardwood floors.

He also did the floor in my building about a month ago. Finally he redid the flooring for one of the bedrooms in my house. He's very good. It came out well. He's a respectful, nice guy. He's very clean. They have a vaccuum that they strap to their back to pick up all the dust.

Fantastic! They completed the job earlier than expected and on budget. (even during the summer humid months) The work speaks for itself! Top marks all around,
