Description of Work: Have used Sav-A- Tree several times in the past few years. When I called this Spring to set up an appointment for a free estimate the Receptionist advised me that Angie's List had a coupon..Big Deal..I called Angie's to confirm, bought the deal and saved $300.00 off the service. The servise is excellent...very professtional. The tree technicians came on time and went through great effort to shape the branches on a Birch tree after I had the top cut off due to a sharp tilt. They cut and trimmed multiple bushes and branches on other trees, always careful to do an artistic shaping and maintain the integrity of the bushes and trees. Clean-up was perfect. All the debrie was removed, the grounds swept and blown clear. Branches and tree parts were mulched. I am very satisfies with this company and will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: The contractor removed several low lying branches from neighbor's trees overhanging the backyard. They did a great job and cleaned up everything. They were more expensive than the other quotes received but I really had a good feeling about doing business with this company and I am glad did.

Description of Work: Tree and shrub pruning. The arborist consulted with me and gave me a job estimate. He accompanied the workers to the site, and explained the job to them. The added services that I requested were done and were reasonable priced.

Description of Work: My family just moved into a new house and hired Savatree to prune the trees and remove some others. Andrew had been very responsive and when he came over to our house for the first time, he explained everything in detail and made sure that we understood what needed to be done and why. His team showed up on time and cleaned up all fallen branches/leaves before they left. A deck light was broken during the job, Andrew offered to find us a replacement and went to several Home Depots trying to locate one for us. All in all, we are quite satisfied with the result.

Description of Work: The first time I used this company, they gave me a paper estimate about the work that I wanted done. This time (second time) they sent me an e-mail. I do not really mind that they sent an e-mail, the thing that I did not like was that the estimate was buried in the e-mail. I had to "search" for the price. After the work was done, I got the e-mail with the invoice in it. Both times the the credit the big deal was not included in the invoice. I did e-mail and the big deal was credited. Unfortunately, they never e-mailed me back to let me know the big deal was credited to my account. I had to keep on checking, it would have been nice to get the e-mail saying that the invoice had been corrected.

Description of Work: Sav a Tree ...tree care service was first used by me 9/2013. I had a $300.00 coupon from Angie's List. Someone first came to evaluate the work that needed to be done. He was professtional and on time. The men who did the actual work were skilled and excellent. Large tree branches were removed from 2 trees and smaller branches removed from 2 other trees. The trees were shaped. 3 wire cables were placed on a very tall pear tree with 4 trunks. The branches were all chipped. The property was left in immaculate condition. I did have to remind the office 3 different times that I had an Angie's coupon worth $300.00. When the bill came the $300.00 was not deducted but after another phone call the bill was adjusted to the correct amount. I used the tree company again last week and again received excellent, professional care. The same workers came and again used great care and skill in trimming one tree and trimming another very, very tall tree by 25' and applying cables to the tree. The tree was shaped well. This was all done by hand saw with great care. Again, the property was left in immaculate condition.The cost was $450.00 plus tax. I would use them again.
