+ -1 moreHired on the 20th or July mailed deposit as requested . Job schedule for 8/4/17 At 8 am. On 8/4/17 at 8:30am received a call from office stating they would be definitely at our home between 10 am and 12 noon. At 1:30 pm called office to find out here they were. Office secretary very nasty would have owner Ralph call us . Ralph at 2:30 and was very unprofessional and stated that he would try to be at our home by 3pm but would give ant guarantee. We were told from the beginning we were the first job of the day . This company and the owner has no regard or respect for its customers. He could care less that we took a day off from work to be present . This company should not be working in the private sector .

+ -1 moreHe actually repaired some work that another contractor had done which they did completely wrong. Ralph repaired that and fixed the problem. It looks great and has held up over the years. He has also done some sealer coat work on my driveway. His crew is really good. I would highly recommend him. He is honest and professional.
Description of Work: Ralph was very helpful in determining the problem and providing a solution to my driveway drainage problem.

Description of Work: They built a 6 foot patio around the entire pool. They also built a driveway with Belgian block edging.
