Eli is the best. He came to my lakehouse with value charts of similar properties, printouts galore for my place and all of the comparable properties. We even drove around my area to check out some of the listed properties for driveby comparisons. He worked over an hour with me and was actually less expensive than other area appraisers. This guy is thorough, professional, a gentleman and honest. Pick him to do your appraisal. You won't get disappointed.
