Walter was great. He was punctual and friendly. He explained everything he was planning to do, as well as explaining why my carpet had "lumps" . He stretched the carpeting in two of my bedrooms for me, and was done in about 2 hrs. The rooms came out great and look like new carpeting was just installed. Walter is very professional - and his pride in his work shines through. Would not hesitate to hire him again.
