Walter was prompt, friendly and efficient. He stretched my carpet to look new again and moved furniture and cleaned up everything at the end of the job.

Walter has amazing customer service he explains everything he is going to do, works hard, fast and does the job right. When the job is done he does a very good cleanup. On top of everything he is a very nice guy I highly recommend him he is a rear breed.

Walter responded with a phone call almost immediately after I posted for carpet restretch. He gave me a date to come and then on that date called to see if he could come a little earlier as prior job finished. Walter is extremely professional. He assessed the damage, demonstrated how it would be corrected and gave estimate, which I believe was fair. Work was performed following estimateâ no waiting. The work performed was excellent and all bubbles stretched to perfectionâ no shortcuts taken. Furniture was moved and replaced, rooms were vacuumed and put back together as they were. I would definitely highly recommend Walter. His knowledge, professionalism and end result are perfection.

Walter came here on time, assessed the job (stretching our carpets in several rooms to eliminate bubbles caused by stretching of the carpet), and quoted his price, which I found agreeable, He moved our furniture without our involvement, re-stretched and secured the carpet flat. He returned the pieces of furniture to their correct locations and then cleaned up after his work. We are pleased with the results.

Walter was punctual, courteous, and professional. Upon his arrival he proceeded to explain in detail the procedure and approximately how long it would take. He did a beautiful job of stretching carpet in three rooms. Once the job was completed you would not known he was there. I was very satisfied with his work and recommend him to others.
