I would highly recommend Walter for his prompt service. From initial inquiry to actual time of service, my berber carpet was repaired within 2 hours! Walter did an amazing job repairing the two inch snag in the carpet. I would without a doubt contact him for any carpeting needs that I may have in the future!

I received a call from Walter immediately and gave me a tentative estimate. My carpet had melted when a hot iron had fallen on it. Within a few hours,Walter verified the phone estimate was to repair the burned area of the rug and to stretch the dining room. They not only did a excellent repair job but assisted me in emptying my china closet so that they could stretch the rug. immediately. It looks like I had a new rug installed
