It is so far so good. They came the one time so far. He seems very knowledgeable, professional and nice. He completed that and supposed to come back 3 more times for the year. He came out within a reasonable acceptable time. He treated the house to my satisfaction.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it went great. The deal is for quarterly inspections and treatments. After we got it scheduled, they came out a couple of weeks after I purchased the Big Deal.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out fine. They did provide the service, they did a really good job, and I would give them a top rating 100%. I would use them again. There were no other charges. They did a really thorough job, they explained everything for the future if I ever want to use them again, and I remember being very happy with the whole service. They definitely explained how the whole thing worked about whatever they were doing. In my case, they were providing some kind of preventative barrier around the house and they explained enough to me so that I figured out how I could actually go and do some of that on my own in the future without spending a fortune on a company. They explained to me how it works and what goes on. If I had a major problem, I would use them. I just want to do preventative like they're doing. They gave me like a deal, like it would only be $300, they charge me $79 or whatever price they charge so I realized I wouldn't pay $300 for this in the future. If I'm just turning preventative, I could go to Home Depot, buy some stuff and do what they did. They really were thorough, good, they were on time, and they really did a good job. I thought the pricing was excellent. They really were good with that.

Some of the answer is above. The service individual as indicated also assessed problems that need to be taken care of such as holes to be filled and blocked. Although he did some of the minor ones need to have the larger ones handled. I was offerred an free assessment of what thier charges would be for it. Almost as soon as I purchased the coupon on Angie's List I got a phone call and a rapid response for service. Athough the services provided are costly they were thorough and I am not certain another company would take the time and and detail as the service I did have. Oscar was knowledgeable anwered all my questions and was most helpful.

They came over on time. Introduced themselves. The truck had the company name on it. Service man was polite. They walked around the property. (The actual property was a bit bigger than the flat rate, so they charged a bit more which was agreed in advance. No problem with disclosure.)

HAD MANY CANCELLATIONS DUE TO RAIN and they have a busy schedule. After the 30 days the ants are back and worse than ever. I would at least expected less activity, but now they are back in swing. I expected a little bit better than what I had before, but the ants are now even worse. I thought it was kind of strange that he asked for water for his treatment. It had zero effect.

They called promtly to set up the appointment. On the day of treatment, they arrived on time and treated the areas. The cost was very reasonable and the ants are gone. Thank you

The name said it all. You can Rest Easy with Rest Easy pest control. My first contact was with Kris Sands. We spoke on the phone and was ready to start my mosquito program when i wanted. I expressed that i wanted to be there specialy for the first one and Kris assured me that the tech would call me in advance. Oscar the tech called me and gave me enough time to get home to meet him. After explaining what he was going to do he assured me that everything was under control and not to worry he will stay away from my tomato plants. Oscar made sure that he covered all the area so to get maximum control of the mosquitos. i'm not going to say that i went the whole summer without getting bit but it was alot better than last year when i didn't do the program. My Mother was having a bug problem in her house and i told her to call Rest Easy. Oscar was on it right aeay to detect the problem and remedy it. She couldn't say enough about how helpfull Oscar was in moving furniture and explaining everything. Thanks Rest Easy, Kris and Oscar for a pleasant experiance to an unpleasant problem. Ed R

The serviceman was wonderful. He looked over the yard before he started to make sure he sprayed everywhere necessary. I was very pleased with the job. I already recommended the company to my friend.

the person who performed the service was very professional. he seemed to know about insects and recommended an annual contract which is something we will probably pursue in the future. right now, the ants are under control but i know they will be back next year and i want to avoid that. i will probably use them again .

They were fine, quick and efficient. They're effectively priced. Just yesterday we started to see one or two carpenter ants.

Mosquitoes have been more of a problem this year for us. He came the day before an outdoor party & I felt it really cut down on the bites. As a weekly Rx, it would be too expensive for me, but for an Angie,s Big Deal, it was great. He also had helpful suggestions for controlling them in future.

Each time the inspector was extremely thorough, patient with all my questions, and explained exactly what they were doing and why. I also had followup questions with the Brooklyn office, and Jeremy (in Brooklyn Bed Bug Inspectors) was incredibly responsive. I was told what I had to do, common misunderstands generated by the web were corrected, and I haven't seen any evidence of bedbugs. What was one of the most useful pieces of information was that any luggage or bag which may have been exposed to bedbugs should be emptied in a bathtub, as the bugs can't crawl out of the tub and you can wash the tub down.

The technician arrived on time and did the work as stated within the deal. There were no issues. I am happy with the outcome.

I felt that the gentleman that came out was very nice and professional. He was also very helpful with suggestions on what to do to prevent further problems. Even though I still seem to be dealing with a bug issue, they went above and beyond to reach out to me and come to my home to take a look around and make suggestions and were willing to go that extra mile to make sure they performed the correct method. I was very pleased with his willingness to go that extra mile to take care of me and I would recommend this company to others.

Had the beginning of a roach infestation as well as what I thought was carpenter ants, after spraying no recent roaches or ants. So looks like a good job well done/

They were good. They gave us options of getting some additional things done as well but I said no. They seemed to have given me a good price.

Excellent! It was easy to set up an appointment. I was called on the scheduled day to confirm the appointment and they were prompt. Everything was explained to me and advice of what I could do to further protect my home was freely shared. Very friendly and reliable .I will definitely use them again.
