Rest Easy Pest Control

They are pretty good. They knock on my door to let me know that they are here and everything has been fine. The mosquitoes have gone down significantly and they are quite effective. I am considering using them for long term but they are expensive. They get the job done in about 15-20 minutes each time that they come out. I think the full season is a little deceptive as I do not think they come out 12 times.

Scheduling has gone well; he has worked around the weather as needed. The service is going great. I have had two treatments done so far. He is a very nice guy and has given great advice on what to do in the backyard to avoid mosquitos.

Excellent service. They provided a receipt for $599.00, but Angie's list billed $699.00 which we paid. We would like to be credited for $100.

I apologize for originally submitting a misleading report for this provider. It was not my intention to do so. I just misused the rating code from A-F. Installing traps for termites is not my expertise. At the initial installation bait is inserted into the trap. After 3 months the traps are checked for termites. If evidence is found then a treated food is placed in the trap for the termites to bring back to their nest. This food will eliminate the termites. Checking the traps occurs every 3 months. I hope I have explained this ongoing process correctly. The people at Rest Easy have been very courteous and friendly. They call ahead so that I know when they will be here. I have no complaints about them.

They asked me where exactly were the ants a problem. I replied all around my house! I believe they should have known to treat all of my property as required!!!

The guy arrived, looked at the job and immediately began to hardsell a much bigger contract. We only had enough to handle the current *crisis*, so we opted for the one time deal. But he wouldn't stop pushing. I gave him an F in professionalism because when we asked what the guarantee period was, he didn't even know. Had to call into the office. It was only 2 weeks (as opposed to the 90-day guarantee given by Bio-Tech Termite & Pest Control). About three days after the job was done, I noticed ants coming back. When I called in, I was told that it takes about two weeks to take effect. HOW CONVENIENT. The guarantee expires just as you find out whether it worked or not. Very bad experience. Would not repeat or recommend.

The inspection went ok, but when I asked for a written report of what was found I got a song and dance about federal forms that had to be filled out. I asked for a report on their letterhead and they refused (I believe it was Jeremy). I told him that was a crock and that I would give a negative review on Angie's List.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. There were no extra charges. They were very good.

These guys came in and did a great job. He showed on time, called to let me know when he was arriving. Performed their services in a professional way and did more then I had imagined they would. My problem with carpenter ants has been solved and I would recommend them and use their services again

They were great. They did what I asked them to. They were on time.

They initially came out on the 7th to provide the service. The first time they came out they said they would spray on the inside and drill a hole in the wall to spray and then spray on the outside. They only sprayed on the inside. It didn't fix the problem. I called them back and the guy that came the first time came back out along with the owner. This time they sprayed on the inside and the outside but still didn't drill the hole. This time the problem got worse. When I called back today, they did nothing but argue with me and tell me I got the service I paid for and would not receive anything else without paying more. They also stated they could not come right away.

Looks okay. Wont' know full impact until summer.

The tech was very kind. Knew a lot about bugs and their hiding palces. He also found areas that we werent aware of. Top notch service in our opinion. We were extremely pleased w/ his professionalism and timeliness. Thanks!

We were very pleased with all aspects of their service. They responded promptly to our call; the guys inspected areas thoroughly, explained the process, and suggested ways to discourage visits from the little critters.

I called for an appointment hoping to get the backyard sprayed before a party we were having the following weekend. They were able to get me into the schedule. The technician was on time and very neat! I would this company again in a heartbeat!

The service turned out fine. They did a good job with that service. They did give a ballpark estimate but they did not follow up on two occasions for termite service. The technician was very polite and it seemed like he was very thorough. I did see the ants a while after the visit but they did go away eventually.

The service did not work at all. They used a peppermint oil that was not strong enough to take care of the issue.

They came quickly after the purchase of the coupon. He was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. I was very happy with the technician that they sent. He suggested doing pest control inside the house which I did not want him to do. The service really did not work and I purchased ant traps and that took care of the issue. I did enjoy the service, but If I had known this would take care of the problem, I would not have purchased the coupon.

I had a problem with ant invasion from my neighbor's property. The slightest morsel of food left/dropped anywhere in the home would quickly result in trail... It was a constant battle and major nuisance. I hired Rest Easy Pest Control using an $88 deal on Angie's. Rest Easy, surveyed internally and externally, sprayed, and set bait. Ants disappeared until about day 20, when another trail followed another grain of food dropped on the Kitchen floor. I exterminated them with household cleaner, but feared a resurgence of the problem. I called Rest Easy to discuss follow-up treatment within the 30 day guaranteed period. I was supposed to call them again to agree on an availability date, but I never did. I haven't seen any ant since that one-time recurrence. It's now 3 months without an ant problem.

They were great! It was one of those things where for years I've had an issue and Angie's List had a big deal so I said, "Oh! Well, that's a good idea" I purchased the big deal and the provider was terrific! He was from far away. He was really patient because I was supposed to meet him at a certain time and I was actually quite late and he actually waited and he tried reaching me several times. I actually showed up just as he was about to leave and it was no problem. He could have been really grouchy because I was late and he wasn't. He was like, "Oh! I'm so glad you made it home. I was about to leave and I'm glad you're here" So it was good. He looked for everything. Fortunately, the only one I seem to have is the one that I had called him for. He is going to come back. It's an annual thing or 4 times a year or something so he is going to come back. He came out right away. They contacted me and said, "When can we come?" and it was maybe either that week or the next week that he came out. It was immediate. I scheduled it with them. It's like you give them a set of options of days to come and he came on that day. It was really quick. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. I was very happy!
