They called to set up and confirm appt. Showed up when expected and performed a thorough inspection and set traps to eliminate mice. Very professional, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend to friends and family.

Came by, inspected the areas we saw bees and treated them. Even helped look into the attic and confirm that nothing was there. Gave good advice on what to do to prevent in the future (during winter for next summer) and why it may have happened in the first place. Came back once we started to see more after the treatment, but they were mostly dead or dying and since then we haven't seen any.

They were very prompt in returning my call on a Monday, and came Wednesday to do the work. The nest was huge. Marty donned a bee suit and went at it tooth and nail. Within a few minutes, the nest was down, bagged, and in his truck. He warned me about swarming continuing for a day or so, and off he went. Many thanks!!!

It was alright. It wasn't great. It was okay. I had to call them the second time because they didn't do a finished job. They got rid of the problem but they didn't control the problem. They had to come back and finish it right away. I had a wasp nest outside the door. When they came, they got rid of the nest. Halfway, there was still a piece of the nest on the tree. There was debris from the nest around like the bees used to make the nest. It was all over the lawn. They didn't clean it up. The bees got all around in front of the house. That was the first issue. When I called the guy back, I told him that there were still bees and the nest was still there. Two days later, the bees rebuilt the nest. When they came back, they got rid of the whole thing. The price was good. I was able to reach the guy and he did get someone out as quick as possible. He came at the time that he said he would come. The guy on the phone that I spoke with was very professional.

I couldn't be happier. The wasps and their hives are gone. I can sit on my front porch. The company is very professional, from their phone call to set up the appointment to removing the hives. I will use them in the future.

The technician was very nice and recommended I contact them again within 30-days to spray again if necessary. I called him at about the 30-day mark and the person I spoke to was very short with me, saying that if I didnt see bees they wouldnt come out and spray again.

On July 14, 2015 I set up an appointment for July 16, 2015. I asked if they had a cancellation I would appreciate a sooner appointment. Within 10 minutes of hanging up I received a call to change the appointment to July 15, 2015, a day earlier. The technician arrived on time. He was friendly and worked quickly. He sprayed, destroyed and removed the nest. He cleaned the area. I was very happy.

Excellent. I spoke to Jeremy earlier today. He conveniently fit me into the same-day schedule and Marty arrived within a couple of hours. He took care of the problem within a few minutes and offered a thorough explanation and good advice. I was very pleased with the entire job and will not hesitate to use their services again.

I was quite surprised about how effective the treatments were. Very little ant activity after two treatments. Answers every question and any and every concern I had. Very neat and concerned with ones property.

That was okay but the pest didn’t go away. They didn't get rid of the problem with the pest.They didn’t find any pest. The pest came back after some time. I would suggest to the company that the pest should not come back. The guy came and sprayed something in the corner and that’s it. They sprayed both interior and exterior of the house. The price was okay. They did respond. Punctuality was fine.

It was okay. I didn’t like that they showed up in front of house in a lime green truck with insects painted all over it which I found humorous. The man was very nice and looked through my house. I was surprised that he didn’t go up on the roof. They showed up right on time. They got the job done in about 45 minutes. They were very cooperative and they scheduled me immediately.

Everything went well. They were very helpful and professional.

The service has gone pretty well. They have been coming out quarterly. One technician comes out for the service. I am not usually home when they do the service but they leave a detail report afterwards. The treatments seem to be working. I have had no problem contacting the company.

The service went well. The technician was very nice and happy to explain everything to me. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. He did exactly what the deal stated. He did not find any pests while he was out. I had no problem contacting the company or scheduling the service.

After email and messaging snafus we finally got connected. Jeremy was very apologetic when he called that he didn't receive the first messages. He was very professional and courteous over the phone and was a pleasure to deal with. He set up the inspection to conform to my schedule with no problem. Marty was the inspector. On the day of the inspection, Jeremy called me to LMK that Marty was running a little behind and would be there a little later than our scheduled time. Both Jeremy and Marty called me when they were on their way. I like this in a business. Marty arrived and did a very thorough inspection, giving me advise on what to do to make sure we didn't get any unwanted guests in the house.
