Description of Work: The perimeter of house checked with suggestions made . The basement was also examined and more suggestions made. The attic wasn't thoroughly examined as the joists weren't visible being covered by fiberglass layer so maneuvering from place to place required crawling on foot wide boards that had to be moved around. the examiner was very professional , courteous and I would recommend him .

Included in that was a "complimentary termite inspection" If that was not provided I would be glad to send an inspector back to to perform that at no charge. Description of Work: I have the annual plan. So they come every 3 months to spray around the house automatically. They can come as often as needed to spray around the house and inside the house. | |I had a bee issue when I moved into my house (September 2013), they took care of it. As of 11/10/14 no bees; which makes me extremely happy.
