Description of Work: I basically paid for the consultation. They were able to tell us that there was no hive to treat. They suggested that we get our landscaper to cut some tree branches that seem to be attracting the bees. The landscaper correctly diagnosed the tree disease and when he cut the branches the bees did vanish. So, I guess it was worth the money even though they didn't actually provide a service. | | Oh, and they were late but they did call to let us know that they would be running behind.

Description of Work: After I had placed the order through Angie's List, I was never contacted by the company. After two weeks I called them. At that time, I was notified that the cost was not $79 for an exterior wasp and bee treatment (as advertised), but $79 for each nest that was treated. I wound up paying $5 for two cans of wasp spray and took care of it myself. I didn't appreciate the misleading advertising on Angie's List.

Description of Work: Had an all around sudden infestation of carpenter ants. I will always handle problems like this myself and not call in a pro but in this case i felt i was a little outnumbered and being attacked from too many different areas. I called one angies list exterminator first which gave me a price of $100 more than Rest EZ, but with a longer guarantee. I set up the appt, then figured why not call another and proceeded to call rest EZ, shorter guarantee, but $100 less . Both would be next day service. So i e mailed the 1st exterminator to cancel appt after i'd set set up with rest EZ. Immediately both my cell phone, then my home phone, rang with the 1st exterminator calling me! I did not answer, so they e mailed me saying they would price match any other! In other words, now, after i found someone for less money, you can give me a better deal. Thats pretty poor in my book, no way! Anyway, rest ez came, "marty" who was very personable, helpful, knowledgeable, did a complete job in and out, within the next 2 days i vacuumed about 40 dead or almost dead ants. After that, saw only a few here and there, had them come (marty again)back as i was still under "warranty". He did another complete treatment and i really have confidence i am done with those suckers at this point. After that 1st treatment i'd seen immediate improvement and now after this 2nd treatment i believe they are done. Only problem i can say is today's appointent window was 3-5pm, didn't arrive till 6pm although chris did call saying they were running late.

Description of Work: Rats took up residence in some backyard container gardens I built near my garage. It was very distressing. I called the company and spoke with Jeremy on a Thursday and they showed up the following Saturday morning. John did a thorough inspection of the area and was quite shocked to see this most unusual occurrence (a rat even came out to see what was going as we stood there!). Several bait stations were paced in strategic locations filled with poison and chicken feed. The plan was to return every two weeks to check for activity. After the first 2weeks, ALL of the poison was eaten! However, after the 2nd two weeks, very little of the poison was touched. John will make one more visit to make sure there is no more activity, then I can get rid of the container gardens. What a relief. I was double billed for the initial $200+ visit, but one phone call to the company and it was immediately rectified. Also, they would give a window for appointments, but always contact me if running behind schedule....I appreciated that. I will definitely use them in the future.

Description of Work: Rest Easy Pest Control inactivated and removed a very large bee's nest we found under our deck. The 2 men that came said it they noticed at least 3 Queens dying off after they sprayed the nest. They informed us that we may see some bees around dusk flying back to where they thought their nest was and this would be normal. He also instructed us that bees don't make a nest in the same place twice so hopefully under our deck will no longer be an option!! They were professional and had the nest deactivated and removed in about 10-15 minutes!

Description of Work: I bought a deal for $39 pest inspection. They were thorough and even treated my issue with carpenter ants for no extra charge.
