The experience was good. They are very accommodating. I have many pets so they make sure that everything is pet friendly. This last time he brought an associate so it went a little quicker. I don't have to deal with contract business with them. I just call them when I need them. I am not locked into anything. I've used lots of different pest control. The price is very fair for the size property I have and everything they do. I don't have a pest problem when they are done. It is a small family operation and they are busy. I will continue to use them.
Description of Work: I used Falcon Pest Control for general exterior pest control. It was the beginning of the season so they did it all over the yard and buildings.

My experience went really well. Normally when you hire a big chain company they are in and out. Jim was the representative who serviced my home and was here for two hours and this guy thoroughly went above and beyond what I did expect. I have pets and Jim gave me some insight of the time frame for the pets to be able to roam around. Jim gave me an overall insight of the area of what to look for and I really liked that, especially being new to the area.
Description of Work: I had the entire structure of my house, interior and exterior, sprayed for spiders and various bugs.
