Chris' Flooring

Extremely well. Just moved into this house. Room originally had carpet on floor. We planned to make this a Laundry/Pantry room, so no carpet. When we were in contract we were told there was hard-wood flooring underneath. Once we moved in & Chris arrived to remove carpeting, he didn't find hard-wood floors. It was ugly messed up flake-board. How disappointing.... Installing hard-wood, was cost prohibitive, so we opted for man-made products. Chris suggested a vinyl that looks like slate tiles. It was beautiful, so we ordered it & Chris installed it yesterday. The tiles were laid in an off-set pattern & then grouted, really making it look like a slate floor, but w/out all the maintenance. He did a great job, works fast & very neat,,,, even removed a heavy mirror out of the room, that wasn't yet installed. Plan to have him install carpet runners on our stair-case & rolled vinyl flooring in garage.

Came to home to measure & make some suggestions on various type of flooring for our kitchen remodel. Sent us to dealer to select flooring. We had a laminate before & were pleased with it, so we selected one in a stone pattern. He ordered the flooring & delivered the product to our house. Set appt. to remove prior flooring (2 layers). Was very through & cleaned up afterwards. Came back to install new floor. Gave us a selection of moldings to finish off the look (where the cabinets meet the floor). Came back & installed molding we chose. He was very prompt, polite & a very clean worker. We'd definitely recommend Chris' Flooring & who hire again.

We would recommend this provider and definitely use him.

He gave us suggestions on different types of flooring for kitchen usage. Showed some samples, gave rough estimate, as we did not pick out any specific materials. Also suggested we contact him, once we remove existing cabinets, as new lay-out will change and we might need to patch existing areas w/flooring, that is now covered by appliances.

I had a few estimates done before getting one from Chris. I felt his price was fair and my decision was made by one thing. He let me know everything that needed to be done and why. He was pleasure to have in my home. He did a great job and even came back to fix a tile that was damaged from the plumber when putting in my new washer/dryer. One thing that stood out with Chris was that he wanted me to be happy with every aspect of his work. In my experiences you dont see that in many companies these days.
