Mr K is respectful and honest. He treats the project as if he was doing it for his home or for a family member. He keeps you updated on things and lets you know the planned steps. Also doesnâ t leave a mess and is respectful of your home.

James is a class act. Consummate craftsman is installing a new kitchen window today for me, the kitchen cabinets will be installed next. James is always willing to help and explain everything. Cleans his work area up every day and his prices are reasonable.

The crew was really on task and easy to work with. Our porch and garage needed some trim work and the quality was excellent. Work was timely and attention to detail was great. We had our porch and trim painted as well as a barn/garage scrapped and painted.

Mr Kâ s painting and remodeling is outstanding. Their quality of work, attention to detail and overall customer service is exceptional. We have a 3 story Victorian home that needed a tremendous amount of prep work before the painting. In addition, we had several different colors of paint that needed to be applied. Mr Kâ s team did a wonderful job and our home looks absolutely beautiful!! We highly recommend Mr Kâ s!!

James Kinnies work is far below satisfactory. We hired Mr. K to refinish our wood floors in 6+ rooms. While we were away for 10+ days Mr. K agreed to sand, prep, and apply 3 coats of poly to our floors. He must have rushed through the work or lacks the knowledge to do a good job. Our floors are now wavy, they have rivets throughout. The edges were not scraped off the old stain and look ridiculous. There is no way there are 3 coats of poly on the floors, I would not be surprised if someone got a splinter. The floors do not look newly refinished. James severed our ethernet cable so all our wifi devices stopped working until our return, and he broke a large piece of marble in our kitchen. He broke the marble by trying to screw it into a piece of concrete, which does not work. He did not bother to mention he broke anything. James Kinnie is a nice guy, easy to talk to, and responsive, but his quality of work is poor, and I would not recommend him.

James was very friendly & efficient. He arrived on time to give us an estimate and do the job. He put railing on my front porch steps, taking into consideration my current handicapped situation. The railing was exactly the way I needed it to be giving me some independence & will also be an aid later on just when using the steps. His work looks great.
