She suggested that starting with a deep clean would make regular maintenance easier down the line. I appreciated her enthusiasm for cleaning and her professional demeanor, which made my decision to hire her feel great. Our house is a small cottage, about 1200 square feet. During our conversation, I outlined specific tasks I was hoping for during the deep clean, including cleaning all the blinds, doors, cobwebs, and areas under the beds. I also offered to assist her with the items stored under the beds to facilitate her work. Throughout the cleaning process, I gave her space to do her job and didn't micromanage.
