I have my septic tank drained and flushed every two years by Royal Flush. They answer the phone, they make an appointment (usually within a week or so), they show up on time (or even early), and they get the job done efficiently. The $265 price does not include digging down to the lid of the septic tank--I choose to do that myself and save about $30. I fill in the hole after they have gone. I am very happy with their service and recommend them. They also, of course, have a clever name...
