David excavated and erected ICF blocks for a 500 sq. ft addition. He also supervised the concrete pour from start to finish. I am totally satisfied because there are no bows or bulges in the foundation. Everything is square and plumb. David paid attention detail and it showed in a masterful finished product. Very happy and will definitely hire him again for any construction project.
