JS Landscape

JS did not show on first day after calling and saying he was not coming due to weather, it did'nt rain. He showed up on the second day at 11 am scraping yard till 5pm. At 6am the next morning, a dump truck unexpectedly drove into the driveway and sat more than an hour til JS showed up. The dump truck then dumped 2 loads of top soil which JS spread the next day. I was also told the straw spreader was broken and straw would be put down by hand. After seed was put down JS workers spread straw leaving rope from bales around the yard. They also left many roots sticking up. I was told to water every day, which I did. After 3 weeks some areas were growing with multiple bare spots. I contacted JS for a visit multiple times and was told he would but to this day never has. When asked by neighbors I told them of my experience and told them to avoid JS.

Lady on the phone was rude and unprofessional when I called to question a bill. I was charged for services I did not receive. Finally when I proved to her that the services I was billed for were not done she acted like I was wasting her time. I've never experienced an attitude like this before ever. What ever happened to customer courtesy? The last straw was when I called to find out (after three weeks) if they were going to cut my grass. The response I received was, "We aren't mowing many lawns anymore. You should have known this". Thanks for the heads up! I'm taking my business elsewhere.
