 + -1 moreThey were prompt friendly, knowledgeable, explained features and benefits of oil vrs. propane. Explained operation and warranties of "Trane". Kept house clean, completed work on time. They are also great in an emergency -my old oil tank was leaking.
Description of Work: Install new trane propane furnace. Removed old oil tank and furnace from basement. Installed new heat ducts, regulators, thermostat.

 + -1 moreEand V in Ithaca had the best pricing for heating oil and the most flexible terms for a cap. Basically as long as you let them stick to their auto-fill schedule they will honor the price cap. It is unclear if they are doing this because they are new in the area, or if they are just less expensive than everyone else.
