 + -1 moreNeeded my furnace(18yrs old) cleaned before turning it on for the season. After a bad experience with the last big company I had used, I decided to go with a small company and I came across Proper Heating and Cooling and decided to give them a call. Justin was very well informed, friendly and professional, he not only cleaned the furnace, replaced igniter and resealed one of the gaskets for a price that would have been doubled if I had gone to one of the big named companies. I am the kind of person who likes to learn about these things and he thoroughly explained all the work. I will definitely be calling again whenever I need work done on my furnace/AC and will be recommending to family & friends. I had to have the blower motor replaced in February(2017) and Justin informed me that they could have done the work for about $500-$600 less than what I paid. Wish I had found them sooner.
