First time they came. Thought maybe they would come earlier in the morning.

They left the debris from the gutters scattered on the lawn. They were asked and agreed to remove the downspout from where it went into drain pipes to see if they were clogged and never did it. Owner said he would have charged me a lot less if it were done in Spring. ?

Yes, the roof and gutters were cleaned with a leaf blower on time. The debris from the gutters, however, was all over the planting beds on the sides of the house.

Custom Painting and Staining arrived in a reasonable amount of time to clean our gutters for the originally stated cost of $100 based on my description of our house. When they were finished my wife was told it would be $150 because he used a longer ladder, which he did need to look In the gutter. My problem is that they took ten minutes to clean our gutters. Basically they got up on the ladder and told my wife the gutters were pretty clean. They used our hose in one downspout as we thought it might have a problem. No more than a few leaves came out. They moved the ladder to the back porch area as well as the other side of the house and found nothing. They used no water, no brush, nothing. All they did was go up the ladder and look around. They did not step on to our roof which is what the previous cleaner did. They then packed up and presented my wife with a bill. She questioned the bill as to the short time as well as their announcement that the gutters didnt need cleaning. I called to dispute the charge based on the fact that it took only ten minutes. I suggested that a $50 REFUND would be in order since it only took ten minutes and basically except for putting up the ladder nothing was done. I was given an explanation of how the charges are established but I did not know that until the phone call I made after the "job" was done. My feeling was that promoting good business by refunding $50 for such a short period of time might help keep customers and gain good reviews. That was not important because it was explained to me that they had plenty of jobs to do. There was no consideration of my point of view so I will not be hiring them another time.

Prompt service. Cleaned the gutters and downspouts and roof. They also blew off the patio, driveway and sidewalk. Will use again

After hiring to have my gutters clean they left all the gutter debris on the ground around the house. What a mess and I had just recently cleaned around the house. Any good business picks up after themselves! Also the price I paid for them was more then most other. Not impressed at all!

Ronnie and assistant arrived exactly on time. They cleaned gutters on two floors and a deck area that is often missed. They used blower on the ground to clear driveway and to gather leaves on lawn. While they were on the ladder, I asked them to remove two burned-out flood lights. They did this cheerfully and offered to put up replacements. I would gladly hire them again.

Right on time and worked even while we had a light snow.
