Stockton Roofing and Siding

Completed the job in 1 day. Very satisfied in all aspects. Quality work performed by experienced crew. Clean-up was very good.

He did a good job but now when I call him he never returns my calls. Two of the windows have a egas leaks. They are under 10 year warranty. I have tried sending him a message on here and called him 3 times. I will also report to BBB if the Windows aren't fixed.

8/10/2013 I had a small leak in roof Set appt for Monday, girl insisted I didn't need to be there, estimator could scope out roof and then contact me I left detailed instructions on which section of roof etc by Wed, no word, called, assured he would be there, Thur no word Friday I come home and find a voicemaile, estimator was in driveway but NO clue as to which part of roof to look at Last Nov. they had added roof vents to my main roof I called two weeks later to do a siding estimate, no return call called two days later, no return call VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE do not rely on timely service Lew

The experience was excellent. It was a major home remodeling and we spent a lot. We would use them again.

I was reasonably satisfied with it. I do have them on a call back because I noticed one thing that was not done properly and some caulking missed. I called them back. They said that they would get back to us. They were pretty well backed up but they would get to it before there is some change in the weather.

Stockton has done roofing and siding for us in the past after we built an addition, approximately 8 years ago, and did a great job matching the existing siding and shingles. They did a complete tear-down on the old roof. Stockton was very competitively priced, installed ice shield, and cleaned up everything! Also, the crew took great care so that my landscaping was not damaged! This year during a wind storm, we sustained damage to the roof of the addition, the gutter on the garage, and several sections of fence (a few large trees came down too). Since the roof on the addition was down to bare plywood, and thunderstorms were moving into the area, Stockton came out with his crew during the wind storm and immediately put up a tarp. His estimate for repairs was once again very reasonable and we knew that he does a great job, so we did not even bother with quotes from other contractors. Even though the wind storm caused major damage throughout our area, and Stockton was very busy, our roof was repaired in a week. Again, the singles were matched to the existing ones very well. You can't tell where the damage was at all. It took a little longer for the 24 foot gutter to be replaced. I highly recommend Stockton for any roofing, siding, or gutter repair or replacement.

I think Angie's List needs to caution people who need smaller roofing jobs done that Stockton Roofing will give good service to big jobs and only lip service to small jobs. I was very disappointed by the lack of honor in the way in which the owner, Mr. James T. Johnson, treated my husband and me.

I would recommend Stockton Roofing to anyone. Their employees were great and did a good job of covering my plants before they tore off the roof. They cleaned-up after themselves and left the place spic and span. They were super!
