After getting outrageous estimates from three other sources and a horrible experience of scheduling an install with Sears where we waited a week for service and then received a phone message from Sears canceling at the last minute, we called MJ Carney. Mike's price was reasonable, he responded to our message immediately and he scheduled install as soon as he could (within 36 hours, but earlier if we needed it). He arrived early, assessed the situation, got to work immediately (no nonsense!), was professional, courteous, left a clean work area, and answered all our questions. We are more than pleased, we are big fans and will use MJ Carney whenever we can and pass the word on to anyone who needs service. Bravo! A service provider you can trust!

The two men arrived and we went over what they would be doing. They were friendly and put up with my many questions. This phase of the work took four hours, and they cleaned up well before leaving. During the work, I received a call from the office to review what would be completed that day and what would be completed on the next visit. Payment was pro-rated according to completed work.

Work was done efficiently and workers were knowledgeable.
