Established in 1946 in Gasport, New York, Drum Oil & Propane has grown into one of the areas most reliable full service home heating and air conditioning companies, with a long standing local reputation of first rate professional service with the personalized touch of a family business. Our full staff of office experts, service and installation technicians, and drivers are available to provide you with 24 hour emergency service to assure that you need never be without a warm house during the winter months. In addition to our heating fuels, we offer top rate service and installation of heating, hot water, and cooling systems dealing in some of the highest quality names available on the market. We are an authorized dealer for such names as EFM, Thermopride, Lennox, Williamson, Bradford White, Riello, Beckett, AprilAire, and Heil just to name a few. Truth is, since every customer is different, and has different questions, your best source of information may be us here at the office. If I could give this company A+++, I would. The technician arrived on time and was very thorough. With a thirty year old furnace, we were expecting to hear conversation about needing a new one, but he said ours was in good shape! It only needed a $5 part. With that kind of honesty so rare, we will be calling Drum Oil again - in the spring to look at our A/C unit. He said his job is to make sure he leaves customers with safe equipment. Finally - an HVAC provider that can be trusted!

This is a dependable company with quality products. They installed a new furnace in an old cellar on a really hot day and did a really good job in a timely fashion. Everything was picked up and left nice after they left.

I received a heart felt apologize from the owner and he explained that the surcharge should not have been quoted. He assured me that in the future they would come out at night and fill if the issue happens again. They made it right concerning the issue!

Very good. It was a big, dirty job. They showed up on time, got the work done in a timely manner, got the old boiler out of the basement, and cleaned up the mess.

It went fine and we had no problems. They took our old furnace out and we had oil heat with them so we had it all converted to propane. It took them about three days to do the work. They were clean and accommodating and stuck to their estimate.
