 + -1 moreCharley has done a number of jobs in our house. He is a genius. In the basement he corrected a problem three electricians failed to correct. While grounding an electric wire , he also noticed that the dryer was not correctly venting the hot air. Smart and observant. Excellent work.
Description of Work: Charles updated our old 100 amp service to 200 amp service. Took care of all the necessary permits with village and Con Ed. Fantastic worker Back in 6/30/13 he grounded a wire on the water meter ($75.00). Worked quickly. Intelligent and observant.

 + -1 moreOverall it was a very positive experience. Charlie gave us a timely estimate. We set a date for the work to be completed and he arrived on time, did the work and cleaned up the work area upon completion. He is professional, friendly and a great electrician!
Description of Work: Charlie updated our old 100 amp service to 200 amp service. In addition he installed a socket that will allow us to instantly plug into our portable generator. We hope we never have to use it...but well worth the extra money to have that comfort!!!! His price was reasonable and fair. When Charlie came to give us an estimate he and my husband were speaking "electricese" and he was impressed with Charlie's knowledge as my husband could have easily done the upgrade himself but a licensed electrician is required. Charlie took care of all of the necessary permits and interfaced with Con Ed. He ran into some unexpected challenges and fixed them! He arrived on time, was professional and worked until the job was finished. I recommended him to my neighbor who needs some electrical work done too! Con Ed came and inspected the work and signed off on it. Great job Charlie and we are happy to recommend you to our friends and neighbors!
