Description of Work: In short, STAY AWAY!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. The owner, Jose, convinced me into seeding a new lawn in MARCH which NOW I know is obviously to early in the season. As a new home owner, I didn't know any better but Jose reassured me that it was the perfect time over and over. His personality is what convinced me being that he comes off as trustworthy although he is anything but. After a month of constant watering and making sure the soil was constantly moist my grass had not grown. I called him back to inquire as to what was happening since I had followed all the instructions. He came by later in the week to inspect my lawn and told me that all the grass had died and that it needed to be reseeded. I explained to him that in our contract he had guaranteed my lawn to grow at least 4 inches which it had not. I also pointed out that in the price he had included a reseed in the fall. He went on to tell me that he would have to reseed now and it would count as the reseed which was included in our contract for the fall being that he had to spend money on materials and man power to reseed my lawn again. He finally reseeded my lawn which, to no one's surprise, didn't grow again! Jose has yet to call me to inquire about the status of my lawn or anything of the sort. He did however try and pressure me to get an irrigation system which at the time I was not in the market for. He then also tried to push for me to get new mulch although I had plenty already down not to mention the amount he quoted me for the mulch was extrmeely high. In summantion, Jose is a horrible businessman and I would not recommend this business to anyone!
